The crash is reported as occurring right at the start of LLViewerFetchedTexture::updateFetch() (at the first test for "if (mNeedsCreateTexture)"), which doesn't make sense, unless the function is called while the object is already gone... Probably a threading issue.

Try disabling Multi-Threaded Curl (in Advanced -> Network).

Note that there is still a *serious* issue on your system as show these lines in the log:
Either a virus, or a very aggressive anti-virus software that you should definitely disable !...

Just installed windows 7... And now Cool VL works slooow. It's like 1 frame per second for everything including ui. Like if I had really weak PC.

I'm new to Win7.. Maybe any of you guys could give me a hint what to tweak to run it fast?
(Other 3d apps work fine. UDK, 3ds Max, Unity3d, Skyrim, Nexuiz.. they dont lag and work fine)

P.S. I used old setting files from viewer i ran under XP. Could that affect viewer speed?
P.P.S. I have radeon hd6670, 3gb ram and amd x2 4800+ and Win7x64)

UPD: OK, seems it happend because i used my old "user_settings" folder. Why is that?
UPD2: No. Restart brought me to laggy hell again.
UPD3: V3, Singularity and Firestorm viewers worked fine. But they suck.

Btw, lags start right after i login. Setting compatibility mode didnt help.

Deleting settings_coolvlviewer_1264.xml file from AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings helps.. until I restart next time. Well, works for me... Some stuff even works better on Win7 (actually viewer works much faster here and trees dont flicker with latest drivers...)

I'll try deleting single settings from setting file to find which one causes slow work.

ENABLING VOICE CHAT does lag. Why? How can I try to fix it?

No such problem here (tested under a native Windows 7 64 bits session with voice enabled).

Without the logs, I can't say what went wrong on your system, but you seem to be the only person with such problems, and I already pin-pointed here something that was very wrong: do not bother reporting more apparent bugs till you got this issue fixed (again, virus and anti-virus software are the usual suspects). Also you said that you were using only one core for the Cool VL Viewer: it should work just fine with all cores enabled; if it does not, it's another proof that there is something seriously wrong with your system. Again, it's useless to search further till you got that other issue fixed as well.

My advice is: try installing Windows 7 (the genuine one: not a pirated copy !) on another partition of your hard drive, then test the Cool VL Viewer under it just after the installation is done (and before adding any other software, especially antivirus and pirated software that can bear viruses).

I've tried re-installing it. And yes, i seem to be the only person with this trouble.

Now i have win7. Disabling firewall doesnt work for me. I mean nothing changes. Worked slow even when i had no firewall installed.

Cool VL doesn't crash anymore. And i'm using both cores now. And it's XP. And its not pirated.
But works slowly when i enable voice somehow.

I'm not reporting a bug but asking for your help. And i just installed Win7.. Well, i can try to install win7 to other partition and then will get back to you.

And i'm asking for help here because a) i love the viewer b) other viewers work fine, but they're useless c) i'm pretty sure you can help me
