This condition does not happen with any other viewer , only cool viewer, I have caspervend vendors in my shop, with other viewers if i click on the vendor i get a menu and from that menu i click on "admin" then a " go to page" option pops up then i am transferred to the caspervend website which i log into to make changes or set up new vendors. With cool viewer i click the "admin" option i mentioned above, then click on the "go to page " option i mentioned above ,but instead of being sent to the caspervend website i get a "SSL Handshake failed" What this means is that as a shop owner if i want to set up new vendors i cannot do it with cool viewer, i will have to use phoenix, or firestorm or the dreaded sl viewer. I love the cool viewer, i was phoenix hold out until i found cool viewer This is in Secondlife i experience this condition Also on that page where it says SSL handshake fail, there is an option to open the page in my web browser which is necessary to set up new vendors, it does not open in my web browser

SSL Handshake failed can have a lot of reasons. Mostly arcane OpenSSL stuff like missing CA certificates (e.g. if you don't have Comodo in your CA list you would get such a message), but there could be a lot of other reasons. Without more informations it is not clear what happens in that case.
If you know how to do it, post some Wireshark trace of the communication from your machine to the casparvend server, as that would clearly show what kind of error happens.
What platform / OS are you using for example? What version of the cool viewer?

Provide the logs and follow the rules of this forum, please... Also: - Check that you have cookies, javascript and plugins activated for the built-in browser ("Preferences" floater -> "Network & Web" tab).
- Clear the built-in browser cache and cookies ("Preferences" floater -> "Network & Web" tab).
- Check in your firewall rules that the HTTPS port (port 443) is open for both UDP and TCP traffics between the viewer plus SLPlugin and Internet.
- It is normal that you can't open a failed page in an external browser by pressing the built-in browser button, instead, check "Use external web browser" ("Preferences" floater -> "Network & Web" tab) and retry from the vendor.
