At login to last location the sim objects fail to rezz most of the time and also sometimes avatars and name tags go away with it. It is fixed by TP to another sim and then back.
Here are the logs.

There is nothing wrong in the log.
This is most likely the well known race condition (that was partly fixed in the few latest releases) that sometimes happens when the server sends objects data to the viewer just after a login or TP.
The Cool VL Viewer implements (beside LL's latest fix for this issue), an auto-reset of the vertex buffers after login/TP, but I disabled it by default after I backported LL's fix, because I didn't see this problem happen any more (or only very rarely) and resetting all the vertex buffers so often only increases the memory heap fragmentation (which can eventually cause failures to allocate memory for large textures during long sessions and after many TPs). You could re-enable the work-around (by setting the "TPArrivalToResetVBDelay" debug setting to 10s or so), or simply punctually use "Advanced" -> "Rendering" -> "Reset Vertex Buffers" whenever you see this problem happening.

that`s the thing i remembered a bug like this and clicked the reset vertex buffers but it did not help. I will try it again when it happens with clicking the button and post the log.

Update: managed to catch it again but this time with half the effect, only some objects failed to rezz and i used the manual vertex reset option but with no result.
Here are the logs:

I have the identical issue with 1.26.4 (81) and previous versions. Upon log in, mesh clothing fails to load or partly loads. TPing somewhere, Mesh builds systematically will not render and mesh furniture will usually partly render - some objects not at all or partly, some completely. If I tp out and back everything renders immediately. Suggested fix of "Reset Vertex Buffers" or changing TPArrivalToResetVBDelay debug setting has no impact. Log and version info below:

There is a fix (backported from LL's latest development "viewer-bear" branch) in today's upcoming releases that should lower the occurrences of such failures to download mesh objects data. Note however that this issue is not specific to the Cool VL Viewer (LL's viewers and other TPVs are affected as well) but is anticipated to get solved with the upcoming "Sunshine" project changes (the HTTP queue will be improved in those).

I think there may be some improvement in this version - it's hard to tell. And it's true, I experience some of the same problems with Singularity. Thanks for working on this.
