upgraded to the latest experimental version and lost the ability to check basic shaders, atmospheric shaders, water reflections, and advanced lighting model..
Checking basic shaders has no effect same with the other options. They are checkable, however when checked and applied.. closing the prefs and reopening, they are unchecked again.
Apparently I heard that the current beta Official LL viewer broke this as well (something to do with overlooking or forgetting to include OpenGL 3?). The last version (now release) is still working, like the old version of CoolVL experimental a couple updates ago.
Any fix for this on the horizon for CoolVL or any way to redownload the update before this break?
The fix is here: simply edit the app_settings/shaders/class1/interface/downsampleDepthRectF.glsl file and add the line in green (without the leading '+' which is a directive for the 'patch' utility). That fix will be part of next release.
