Is there anything I can do to prevent the client to eat up all handles? I just had to kill the client because it threw warnings in an endless loop. I had attached a temp-rezz HUD and pooof. Didn't happen the next time.

I have a dump file too, but I guess that won't be very helpful, as the 'crash' was a forced quit via the window frame close button...

Please, fill up a proper bug report with the FULL log and repro steps.

Can't repro, that's why I just asked and didn't file a bug report. :-(

But I think this is two different things to think about:

- what ate up all the handles - can't really reproduce, I guess some curl requests didn't time out correctly. Maybe there should be a feature to 'end all curl requests for textures' or something (manual cleanup)?
- what to do when something like that happens, there should be no endless loops that just fill the log and kill the client

I still can add log and dump, if that is of any help, without the repro, though: http://xp2.de/tillie/handlesgones.zip

The last thing I did was for testing a temp-rezz HUD. I already had this HUD on and clicked the box in the sim again to see if the HUD would attach a second time. And it did. The moment I wanted to move one of the HUDs I crashed.
