Hello,

I have no details yet for reproducing, but there seems to be a rendering problem with some mesh where part of the mesh is alphaed. In this case it's something like a jacket where 80% of the sleeves and the collar should be not visible.

Alas, Cool VL Viewer and Black Dragon Viewer seems to show the stuff, but Firestorm does not.

I am trying to get a copy of the item so I can reproduce it. Just wanted to mention it already, maybe someone has seen this, too.

See the attached photo. All the white parts should be invisible (sleeves, collar):

Please, post a proper bug report, with logs and the version info of the viewer !!!

If it's v1.26.9, then it's no surprise that Firestorm is not affected, since Firestorm doesn't support material and its renderer is equivalent to v1.26.8's.

As I said I just saw this but have not enough information for a bugreport yet. So I was just asking if anyone else has seen this.

Good hint about materials! I will investigate further. :)

I also had this problem. After much help found that renderavatarLOD factor in the debug settings needs to be raised. At least it did for me.
