Texture and Meshes aren't fetched using http on Kitely with a reason of 302: Found. I think this is due to Kitely running on on-demand amazon instances? Textures seem to fall back to UDP but meshes won't render at all. I have no problems in Cool VL Viewer on other opensim grids with the same meshes. Singularity does work correctly with Kitely.

Tested on a clean out of the box instance, settings and cache folder empty on start.

Code:
Cool VL Viewer 1.26.12 (30) Feb  7 2015 11:00:11 (Cool VL Viewer)
