Hello Henri. This rendering glitch happens only if my avatar is wearing mesh and only if the Max non-impostors is set to the minimum value of 1.
I will post 2 gif images, one showing the glitch and the other with non-impostors set to anything above 1

The glicth: https://gyazo.com/0e2bab8e25483c033cdf3c35a03ca612
Normal: https://gyazo.com/ad0ca242c127666c6518c234335135fc

Thank You :)

/later edit: it seems like the value 2 works only if one avatar is near, if more avatars are near the glitch still apears until you increase the value.

I don't see any 'glitch'... What exactly do you mean ? When set to 1 max non-impostor, only your own avatar is rendered as a non-impostor, that's all and perfectly normal...

if you look at the first gif you can see a ghosting/trail effect when i move the avatar near another one.

Impostor rendering issues (which do exist) are not Cool VL Viewer specific. Please reproduce the 'glitch' with LL's viewer and post a JIRA on their site if you find it unacceptable...

I can not reproduce it on the official viewer. I just tried it now.

Its not that important because i know how to go around it but i was curios if it can be fixed.

Sorry, but I won't loose my time on such a minor issue happening only when a setting is pushed beyond any useful value...

I noticed something similar, so far only with Cool VL Viewer. I don't think it is related to impostor settings.

To me it happens when I am at a crowded place with lots of mesh avatars. Some of my body parts appear doubled or even tripled when moving or moving the cam around. Strangely it is only my own (mesh) body and hair that it happens to. The other avatars look okay.

It is like an artifact / refreshing issue. I can try to gather further information, if needed.

From what i tested it happens only if the number of avatars around you is bigger then the number set in impostor setings. Turning it off fixes it. Also i think its only on AMD cards but i am not sure.

Yes, you are right. I checked it and I can reproduce it.

If the number of avatars around me is equal to or bigger than the max. impostor number, it happens. If the number of avatars around me is smaller or when I turn impostors off, it does not happen.

It seems to happen as soon the other avatar is pretty much in the visual axis. I am using Nvidia graphics card.

With the official viewer 4.0.1.310054 this is not an issue.
