It's unrelated, the second patch does not even touch the part where you crash: you are again crashing in LLQueueThread (which we already dealt with last week with texture fetches cancellation), and it's apparently a thread getting deleted when it should not (as it is protected by a mutex)...
I'm stating to wonder if you are not the victim of a CPU bug (you might want to check that there is not an updated microcode for your CPU, either available as a BIOS update, or a Windows update) since you seem to be the only person with that specific crash, and since it seems happening at random (one day you crash every minute, the other you don't crash at all, like if some ensemble of processes, in your system would cause the bug to occur).
There might be a workaround for those crashes (or at least, a mean to lessen their occurrence): uncheck "Advanced" -> "Rendering" -> "Textures" -> "Clear Stale Fetches on TP".
I'm also implementing some paranoid checks in LLQueueThread for tomorrow's releases, which should help detecting and working around such (normally impossible) occurrences...
