Hello Henri,

since it's become a rarity now that the viewer crashes at all for me and I know you tinkered with the texture workers in conjunction with TPs ... I just experienced a crash right after TP when the viewer started rezzing things at the new destination. Logs are attached. Hope it helps.

Love,
Lia

That's interesting... So far, this crash has only been seen/reported under Windows, and I myself never came across it (be it under Linux or Windows, even though I'll gladly admit that my "usage" of the viewer under Windows is quite minimal; basically just testing sessions).

The latest releases did plug two potential causes for it (and no, the changes I made did not cause that crash)... It however looks like it is still not fully plugged.

I found one more possible issue (lack of mutex locking in LLQueuedThread's destructor, when modifying sensitive data), and added more paranoid checks and log messages for next releases...

A fix (and some more log messages, to help tracking the bug should it still occur) has been implemented in today's releases. If you encounter again a similar crash with them, please post the logs and stack trace.
