I am seeing a reproducible issue in .25 with avatar movement that isn't there in .24 and previous releases. While moving there are repeated stalls in an almost regular rhythm of about 1s, much like server side lag stalls, even on an empty sim that is running at optimum. I saw in the release notes that you included a "fix" from LL on motion prediction for sim crossings. Could this be the issue?

And yes, no packet loss, ping consistently 180-200ms, sim and physics FPS 44.9-45 and time dilation .99 or 1.00, so I'm definitely ruling out the usual suspects.

Indeed... I did not notice this, but there are two serious bugs in LL's code (see my comment in the repo). The phenomenon is less sensitive when Advanced -> Network -> "Ping interpolate objects" is OFF and "Velocity interpolate" is ON. In the mean time you may also increase the RegionCrossingInterpolationTime setting to 5, even though it will probably do little good, because of the static variable bug.
