I don't know if this is a bug or something on my end, but mesh is no longer rezzing in OSGrid or on my stand alone. Second Life works fine.

Not a bug, but an OpenSIM incompatibility, apparently:

From your logs:
Code:
2019-02-26T17:33:20Z WARNING: LLMeshRepoThread::headerReceived: Mesh header is invalid for mesh: 12653a37-85c9-4026-a3c5-a1f0b9fe8c95

This corresponds to a check, backported from LL's viewer-neko, and that verifies that the mesh header LLSD got a "version" entry. Obviously, your standalone sim does not serve meshes with a version number in their header... Do you see this issue happening on any OpenSIM grid ? If yes, then I will revert the change, if no, you should probably update your sim server software.

That log is from OSGrid. I never uploaded the log from my stand alone, but it's an osgrid version of opensim as well.

OK Thanks. Where can I get the previous release? I cleaned up my download folder yesterday and deleted all my old downloads

You should always keep the previous release of any software you update, at least the time for you to verify it does not introduce severe regressions...

Also, for the Cool VL Viewer, pay attention in the release notes to the type of release and whether it is a "recommended" update or not: "recommended" releases are usually better tested for potential regressions and introduce less risky code changes or additions, while the rest is more geared towards people living on the bleeding edge. If you install the latter type, always keep the last (or last two) "recommended" release around, just in case you'd have to downgrade because of a regression...

Exceptionally, I re-uploaded the previous release (v1.26.22.35) and you can download it by copying the download URL and changing "36" for "35" in it.
