1.26.23 warning

Post 1.26.23 warning
When I log into OSGrid or tp to any region in OSGrid, I get a "Could not load the environment settings from the database" popup. This started with todays update.
No problems on Second Life.

Not a surprise... v1.26.23 is experimental and not tested for now on OpenSim with regards to EEP changes. You can safely ignore this warning till I fix it.
