Here we go...

When editing an already saved NoteCard from inventory, you cannot just exit the NoteCard by clicking on the X if you already made changes. You have to undo every change you made after opening the NC, or you have to save it. Which I did not want to do.

The log is incomplete, but I tried to reproduce the issue. While, most of the time, I cannot reproduce it, I managed to see it happen once.

Looking at the code for a bug that could explain such a random occurrence, I indeed found out that one of the flags that govern the "Save changes ?" dialog showing was not properly initialized on floater opening (this also affects scripts editors by the way), and the code behaved properly or not based entirely on the random value (true or false) of that flag in the allocated memory...

Bug fixed for next release.
