The log you provided shows clearly there has been no crash at all (the viewer does shutdown cleanly), which would also explain why the other reporters were unable to provide a crash dump (since no crash = no *.dmp file, obviously).
The issue is likely a problem with your video card/iGPU driver: the viewer shuts down cleanly but your driver does not return the display to a workable state once the OpenGL window gets closed... Not sure what is causing it, but without a way to reproduce it by myself, I'm afraid do not have a solution for it... :-/
Note that I am considering the backport of libepoxy (OpenGL wrapper library) usage from Alchemy's "future" (not yet released) viewer code branch for the Cool VL Viewer v1.28.1 experimental branch. Maybe it would have the side effect to fix this issue...
