Cool VL Viewer forum

Since the last update, any time I try to file an abuse report the viewer either freezes or immediately crashes. Not 100% sure, but I think this problem is only when running multiple windows.

Verified that it only occurs with multiple windows open. I experience a similar problem when refreshing snapshots when I have multiple windows running. The only time this bug does not occur is when one window is running, and no other windows have been running previously.

I can't reproduce this problem here.

My guess is that it's a video card driver related bug (some cards/drivers prove extremely unstable when two or more OpenGL applications are running simultaneously).

Also, did you try to reproduce the problem with the official SL viewer ?... If it happens with it as well, then please open an issue on the JIRA.

I've been having this problem since ... uh... several versions ago, but didn't bother to mention it since filing an AR is futile anyways... If the resi team acts upon it at all, chances are that they just barge in, guns blazing, and suspend everybody within 5 miles for a week, no questions answered.

I'll check out the original viewer this evening, right now (intel graphics chip) it wouldn't mean a thing...
