Post Known ALM issue in v1.28.2.80
Sadly, a bug got introduced in v1.28.2.80 which affects Windlight ALM shaders (EE shaders are not affected), causing ALM mode without shadows to fail to initialize in WL render mode.

This will be fixed in next release.
