Try setting StaleGLImageCleanupMinDelay to 0 and relog, but I doubt your issue is related to this feature (fixed for me)...

(*) When the grid does not fail to find a wearable asset in its database, like it happens to me quite often: I just logged in now and it lost my shape (again, since I encountered the exact same issue yesterday), that I had to recreate and wear to rez (slowly, but successfully, in the end). Other OpenSim grids do not have this "missing asset" issue for me...
