Known bug: textures take forever to rez on slow hardware

Due to a silly bug (bad timeout limit calculation for textures creation in the main (render) loop), current viewer releases behave very badly on slow hardware (hardware not able to do 20+ fps) and the textures take forever to load, unless you enable "OpenGL worker threads" (threaded texture creation is unaffected).
This is fixed for next releases.
In the mean time, you can work around that bug by increasing the "TextureUpdateMaxThrottle" debug setting to 0.02 (i.e. 20ms per frame max instead of the default 1ms).
