gray hair on attached animesh

I'm seeing a grey hair base on attached animesh, I tried:
updating gpu drivers
disabling clothshaders
disabling alm
disabling smaa
with pbr
none of this settings seems to get rid of it.

this is a picture of a hiden animesh bits, but it show up when is any other animesh.
