Cool VL Viewer forum

Hello Henri,

there is a script I wrote quite a while ago that uses MOAP to display QR codes which used to work fine with the Cool VL Viewer in the past. I recently noticed that this is no longer the case. A quick check using the current LL viewer confirmed that this seems to indeed be an issue with the way the Cool VL Viewer handles MOAP, as LL's viewer still displays the QR code as expected.

I have attached screen shots of both scenarios so you get an idea what it is I am talking about. If need be, I will of course provide you with any additional information. I omitted the viewer log as I presume it is an issue with the interaction between the viewer, dullahan and CEF, and I couldn't really see any references to that in the log.

Incidentally, the latest Firestorm seems to handle this wrong as well, albeit with an entirely different result, whereas Alchemy produces the correct display. Maybe you could have a quick look at some point when you find the time.

If this is displayed via CEF, then I can do strictly nothing about it... There is no viewer-side control on how CEF renders images on web pages.

I keep CEF up to date in the Linux version of the Cool VL Viewer (CEF was updated today to v126 in the Cool VL Viewer v1.32.2.2).

The Windows and macOS versions are the same as those used by LL's viewer (v118, currently).
