I have 1.32.4.2 and 1.32.4.3 black eyeliner on my old mesh face. In 1.32.2.59 it ok. So must be related to that change. I can only give hint no idea... debug setting "RenderLegacyAlphaGamma" to 1.0 didnt help and "RenderLegacyAlphaGamma" is off too. 1.32.2.59 all ok (sadly I not have 1.32.4.1 version here). See pictures i upload after that report. Maybe you able to get some useful out of this ....

Pictures
1. 1.32.4.2 - interrupted eyeliner
2. 1.32.2.59 - all ok
3. 1.32.4.3 - bold black eyeliner

Yes, it looks like the apha_gamma uniform is not always properly set on some shader (and then ends up at 0.0, ruining the eyes)...

To work around this issue, replace app_settings/shaders/pbr/class2/deferred/alphaF.glsl with the file in this archive:

I'll come out with a proper fix for next release. EDIT: fix found and implemented, and it also improves eyelashes alpha (too transparent in PBR mode) when the alpha-gamma workaround is enabled.
