Symptoms: After clearing cache, inventory reload stops at 3,004 items, consistently.
Expected Behavior: Inventory loads up to full 14,000+ item level.
Steps to Reproduce: Edit Menu -> Preferences Menu Item -> Network Tab -> Clear Cache Button Quit, and Relog In
Additional Notes: If I do a manual search for each letter of alphabet and numbers 0-9 I can get the rest of the inventory to show up. Occurred on 1.23.5.26 and 1.25.0.3 versions of Cool Viewer. FetchInventoryOnLogin = TRUE Has occurred over more than 1 day in multiple regions of both LLgrid and OSgrid. I do not have LLviewers installed to compare against. A JIRA search did not show me an existing issue that would indicate this was an underlying viewer source error.

This is not a viewer bug. Most likely a corrupted cache (clear your cache and relog), or an asset server issue with your inventory. I got over 11000 items in my own inventory, and it loads and caches just fine...
EDIT: another issue that could affect inventory loading is the MTU of your OS. If your MTU (Maximum Transfer Unit) is too large for your Internet connection (typical problem: MTU set to 1500 for a PPPoA ADSL link that can't take more than 1492 bytes), then you will experience stalling transfers (this will also show in your web browser for some sites running on servers that can't detect the MTU problem, such as blogspot.com).
