hello,
can anyone help me? I hafe a little problem with the Inventory offer. Ever when i will accept, kill it my Viewer (crash). OK, i get the item, but i must new login to search in inventory. The Problem comes with "CoolVLViewer-1.23.5.30.exe (2010/09/25, 4Mb)" and "CoolVLViewer-1.25.0.7.exe (2010/09/25, 5Mb)" I can not find the error, i hafe reinstall both, but nothing. In Viewer 2 from LL is that Problem not

I have no such problem... and you didn't give the necessary details that would allow me to investigate. Please, see the rules for this forum and provide the required info (the logs, especially).

Hello again. I can not find on my complete PC a file named stack_trace.log I hope the other both can help I crash in this moment when i click with the mouse on the button in the dialog to accept the item. LG Dae

These logs correspond to a normal session without any crash (thus why you don't have a stack_trace.log). I need the logs that you get *just after* your viewer crashed.

I hafe no other logs.
When i click the accept button in the dialog, close the Viewer without crash report. It looks like close a folder.
No Logout No Bluescreen, No Error, No crash report, Nothing, just close and offline, not more.
Thst is only with this button, not on decline or ignore, any other dialogs are not a problem.

The logs you provided do not show anything wrong with the viewer itself... It was just closed on request and shut down properly. So either the logs do not correspond to the crash (you don't get any message when the viewer crashes, its window just vanishes suddenly), or your operating system sent a close event to the viewer, which simply complied (do you have some utility which could close programs based on their memory usage, disk usage, etc ?... Did you check for virus on your system ?... Is your hard disk experiencing problems ?...).
Also, you could clear the viewer cache and/or change the cache location (I see references to D:\Snowglobe in the log... strange place for a cache), and see if it solves the issue.

I compiled a test binary with plenty of debug messages for the log, so to help spotting the issue. Please, download the zip file here, unpack it and put the SnowglobeRelease.exe file in place of the one of your installation of Cool VL Viewer v1.25.0.7 (first rename the original SnowglobeRelease.exe file into SnowglobeRelease.exe.orig or something, so that you can restore it later). Then, run the viewer and make it crash and send me the logs.
