Cool Viewer 1.25 hanging on startup ie progress bar stops

 I've just loaded Cool Viewer 1.25 over the snowglobe 1.42 as linked but it hangs at about 3/4 of the progress bar... uninstalled and reinstalled again
and have the same problem... if anyone has advice i'd appreciate it. I'm using windows 7 on an i7 Qosmio x500/058 laptop... couldn't get further stats from inside cool viewer as i can't get inside to get the stats... catch 22 dontcha love it. thanks for any help |

You must provide the Secondlife.log file. Please see the rules for the Bug Reports forum I moved this topic to (the location of the log files is addressed there too).
