Post subject:  Cache folder location problem? (in Windows)

After starting Cool VL Viewer 1.25.0.22, 'd:\cache' folder was created, not designated location.
To confirm this, I deleted 'd:\cache' and started 1.25 without login, then 'd:\cache' was created.
I set 'd:\var\Cool VL Viewer 1.25\cache' as the cache folder location.

In this situation, does the cache function normally?

OS: Windows XP Pro SP3(32bit)

Yes, this is a known quirk (see this thread) of v1.25.0 (and common to all SG v1.4/1.5 based viewers). It is apparently an issue in the pre-built qtwebkit library as provided by LL. It is harmless and will go away when I will find time to delve into the media code so to update to the latest qtwebkit builds used in the latest v2 viewers.

I'm sorry that I couldn't find your post including this issue before my posting. And thank you for the supplement.

I posted this because it seems that Snowglobe 1.5.0 (3627) doesn't have this issue.
After I read your response, I tried to copy 'media_plugin_webkit.dll' from Snowglobe 1.5.0 (3627) to 'llplugin' sub folder of Cool VL Viewer 1.25.0. Then this issue became not to occur.
Does this workaround cause the other problems?
Please check one when you have time.
Thank you.

I found the bug. It will be fixed in v1.25.0.23.
