MU* Pose Style ( using ':' instead of '/me') fails when the text starts with a (non standard American) special character resulting in the ':' not being removed from the chat line.
Those characters are language specific but used as first character in thousands of possible words.
Characters I've tried so far include: é è ê ç ä ö ü И ï ǎ ق and more.

Example:
Code:
:écoute

shows in chat as
Code:
Name: :écoute

Workaround:
Use '/me' which works for all characters.

My system:

Not a bug... More like an unavoidable shortcoming.

The ":" character is *purposely* not interpreted as "/me" when followed by any extended ASCII or non-letter character. This is so that it won't interfere with smileys and other special uses. Given the HUGE number of accented characters available in the full UTF-8 charset, testing for every possible one (including arabic, chinese, cyrillic, etc) would be an impossible task.

I'm afraid you'll have to live with this shortcoming as it is and use '/me ' for such cases.
