Future proofing of avatar shape

 With viewer 2.6.3, LL changed the avatar shape parameters for the first time in a while, revealing a case where there was NOTHING a 2.6.3 user could do to make her appearance be correct to other viewers. It seems that viewer 2 ignores shape parameters it doesn’t understand, whereas viewer 1 discarded the shape info as corrupt or so. The patch for adding resiliance to the v1-based viewers is attached to this jira:

In fact, the Cool VL Viewer already had half the necessary code implemented (for Alpha and Tattoo support, and more specifically, colored tattoos which involved new visual parameters in the avatar_lad.xml file), but since half is not enough to cope with this new change in the behaviour of v2 viewers, the fix will be implemented in the next release.

Compatibility "restored" (actually "brought") with v2.6.x viewers in today's release (v1.25.0.33).
