Can't pull up group info

Oddity here.

I layered the Mesh experimental in for an evening, discovered I couldn't edit a sculpted prim. (Not a big deal, I KNOW it's still being worked on) so I backleveled to 1.26.0 (16). Was at (15) before I started this.

I discovered I can't click on "group info" buttons in group chat, OR off the groups list, and get the group info popup box.

I uninstalled, then reinstalled, and I'm having the same problem.

Do I need to do a manual wipe of the snowglobe/Cool files everywhere and then do from complete scratch, or is this a bug you're aware of and are in the process of fixing?

This bug is indeed specific to v1.26.1.2 and v1.26.1.3, and is already fixed for the upcoming v1.26.1.4.

I cannot reproduce this issue (working just fine, here...). Maybe a skin/language issue. What skin and UI language are you using ? Please provide the Secondlife.log file, as requested in the rules for this forum.

Ok, if it's working just fine for you then it's probably just something I borked.

UI: English @ 1.2 size (I could make lots of jokes about my bad eyesight.... :) )
Skin: Dark (thank you for putting that in, by the way)
Version for this issue: 1.26.0 (16)

There was never a crash, so I never thought to look for a log file. I'm going to wipe/clean reinstall, and if it's still going on, I'll look for the log at that point.

(I've added the general system info block into my profile here for easy reference.)

Or simply the groups info failing to load for that session... It may happen, even though it's a rare occurrence. In this case you could find yourself with an empty or partially loaded groups list and, possibly, with group info failing to load. The cure is to "Clear Group Cache" (in the Advanced menu), or even more radical, to open the Group Titles floater (right click on your Av and choose "Titles...", or use "Edit" --> " Group Titles...") and hit the Refresh button of the floater; if this still fails, a relog is in order.

So definitely not an UI issue. The dark skin doesn't use modified menu definitions, only modified colors and icons (the Silver skin is the only one using a few modified menus). Also, since you are using the English UI, there is no risk of a corrupted/faulty translation XML file being used and possibly crippling the group info panel.

The log file is not only useful for crashes: it contains a load of info that is relevant to what happens during a particular session, and warnings issued there can often explain what went wrong at a particular point (not all warnings are relevant or even the sign of an actual issue, but when something bad happens, there's often a relevant warning).
