Cool VL Viewer forum

Once again, the Cool VL Viewer is the first TPV to implement the latest SL's feature... Today, it's "Marketplace Listings"...

The code was backported to the new experimental branch (v1.26.13). It of course differs a bit from LL's own implementation... Beside a lot of code cleanup and the usual round of bug fixes, it doesn't make any use of a separate "Marketplace Listings" floater: instead (and just like I did in the past for the "Merchant Outbox"), everything is dealt with in the Inventory floater.

Also, the notifications/warnings during drag and drop operations appear as notification tips during the "drag" action instead of modal alerts confirmation boxes after the drop action.

There is still the "folder-paste/copy to marketplace" feature missing, but it will be in next release (the time for me to double-check for potential bugs in this dangerous part of the code).

If you are a merchant, you may test the new feature in SL's beta grid (Aditi), in the ACME (D/E/F) regions.

Note that since a rework of the inventory code was involved in this backport and could consequently have introduced bugs, using this experimental release for daily SLing is not recommended.

Does this work now on main grid, as the beta started 2 days ago?

Yes, it does. I migrated the Cool Products to the Marketpllace Listings from within the Cool VL Viewer with no problem.
