Hello!

I have a very strange issue with one of my avatars/alt. My main avatar logs in without problems and rezzes almost directly after the cloud phase. However when the other avatar/alt logs in, it simply never rezzes out from the cloud! When logging in this avatar/alt through another viewer (ex. SL Viewer or Alchemy) it rezzes perfectly normally.
Why does this always occur with only this avatar/alt and the Cool VL Viewer? It has been like this for a long period of time now.

I have tried everything including "advanced/character/character tests/test male/female" but that only solves the problem temporarily, until next logging in ...

Does anyone know about how to solve this problem with the neverending cloud phase?

Grateful for every answer in advance!

Best regards

Limbofix

No log = no diagnostic.

Hi, how do I get the log for the diagnostic for the specific avatar/alt always on cloud phase? Is it called "cef_log" under the avatar name? or is that a "debug_info.log" under the main log folder?

Thanks for the help!

Thank you for your offer but I'm not going to upload a CoolVLViewer.log because of integrity reason.

Thanks anyway

Have a nice one

There's nothing "private" in the log... At worst, you could edit it to change your OS login name (but without a password, nobody can do anything with it). If you prefer, send the zipped log attached to a private message to me on this forum, but without a log, I cannot tell you what's wrong with your avatar outfit.

Hey again!

It seems I have solved the problem by removing all traces of Phoenix/Firestorm viewer:

Removed all entries and files of Phoenix/Firestorm viewer under C./Program files/.. and under C:/User/your name/appdata/local and C:/User/your name/appdata/Roaming.

I even removed the LSL Client Bridge from my installed default SL viewer, the Alchemy viewer and the Cool VL viewer, by searching for "bridge" in each viewers inventory and deleted all traces of the usually called "#LSL<-> Client Bridge"

Now finally after a couple of years I'm able to log in and rezz properly with my other avatar/alt on the Cool VL viewer!

Thank you Henri for all your support and time and thank you again for this great viewer that is the Cool VL viewer.

Best Regards
Limbofix

Glad you solved your problem, however, it would have been nice to post a log so that I could have a chance to spot what potential issue was making my viewer fail to rez your Av (and potentially other people's)...
