This is this time again, when I must move to a newer Linux build system for viewer binaries. The reason is that CEF117 and newer moved away from Ubuntu 18.04 for its build system, so it does not make sense building on a system with an older glibc than the one used to build CEF (the latter won't run on systems using the older glibc versions)...

I am planning to use Devuan Beowulf (a fork of Debian 10 without systemd).

The main differences with the old build system are the use of gcc 8.3 (instead of 7.5) with glibc 2.28 (instead of 2.27), and still libstdc++ v6.0.25 (this does not change).

Please, let me know what glibc version you are using, so to see if this would pause any issue...

I'm on Gentoo, which is a rolling release, so I'm always on the latest version of libraries. Currently glibc is 2.37 and gcc 13.2.1.

Since no one objected, I am now using Devuan Beowulf as the new Linux build system and today's release has been built under it. Many thanks to the voters.
