A small typo in your example .asoundrc init script ... echo "defaults.namehint.extended on" >>~/.asoundrc; echo "defaults.namehint.showal on" >>~/.asoundrc should be echo "defaults.namehint.extended on" >>~/.asoundrc; echo "defaults.namehint.showall on" >>~/.asoundrc IOW, not showal but showall |

Copy-paste error while editing the changelog... Thanks for noticing. "Fixed". BTW, do you need this defaults.namehint.showall on or not, on your distro ? |

If I read things correctly, I need to test this in beta. I'll try and do that this weekend. If not, I turned on voice and went to the Voice | Device Settings - no devices are listed, it just says 'Loading...' for both speaker and mic. |

You might also need to stop/apply/restart/apply voice, after login in a WebRTC voice sim (known bug) |
