There is not a chance it will come in the foreseeable future.
For a start, Android tablet PCs are based off ARM CPUs, and the viewer is now exclusively x86-geared (it used to work on PowerPC too, in early days, but it's no more the case and can't be the case any more because of the SSE2 optimizations that went in Mesh viewers).
Second, Android doesn't have a standard set of libraries (many of which are used by the viewer) and doesn't even got a X-Window system...
Finally, even with a x86-compatible CPU and a full fledged Linux OS, I doubt a tablet PC would be powerful enough to run a viewer at more than a couple FPS...
