Problems enabling Advanced Menu

After doing a reinstall of my operating system along with a few hardware upgrades, I had to restore my preferred settings in Cool VL Viewer from their defaults. However, I had trouble getting the advanced menu to show up. The usual keybinding for Linux, CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-D, was now bound to a camera control, leaving it at the keybinding it uses for Windows: CTRL-ALT-D. However, under the Openbox window manager, this keybinding is used to minimize all windows, so the setting didn't work. I was forced to kill openbox in order to enable the Advanced menu, and then restart openbox from the command line.
As a suggested fix to this problem, I think it would be a good idea to copy what the Imprudence team has done: adding an Advanced Menu option to the View menu, which toggles the Advanced menu without having to use keyboard shortcuts. IMO, this is something that LL should have done from the start.

Not a bug. Moving this topic where it belongs, as a feature request.

Today's releases (v1.26.0.21and v1.26.1.9) got an "Advanced Menu" entry in the "View" menu to toggle the advanced menu on and off.
