From here, sldev.free.fr, new viewers are downloading wery slow (13KB/s)
Every update takes about 20 minutes or so to download...
Are you planning to use faster hosting?

Maybe dropbox or sourceforge...

20 Mbps here... Can hardly do faster...

EDIT: Also tried a download via the TOR network (and made sure the download was initiated from another country): got 1 Mbps (128 KB/s)... Try downloading via TOR if your ISP got a poor connectivity with France.
