There used to be one Debug Setting to disable the silly spinning of the head whenever your avatar sits somewhere unanimated and you move your mouse; "HeadFollowsMouse False". This option is no longer available in the Debug Settings and got replaced by 2 other settings PitchFromMousePosition and YawFromMousePosition. Just set them to 0 and you'll be good to go.
