Henri,

I think you have the wrong link for one of the Windows versions on the download page:

Windows: CoolVLViewer-1.26.5.12-Windows-Setup.exe or (hyper-experimental !) CoolVLViewer-1.26.5.12-notcmalloc-Linux-x86-Setup (2012-10-06, 35Mb)

Notice that the 2nd link says Linux! And yes, it links to the Linux file it describes.

Also, the stable version number for both operating systems seems to be 1.26.4.32, which is last week's release. Shouldn't it be bumped to .33?

No, there is no new stable release this week.
