Touch an object with LUA/CoolVL

Hi there! I checked the documentation but I couldn't find much on this topic. Is it at all possible to have your avatar touch a object using LUA or any other scripted/automated way with COOLVL? Thanks for the insight.

No, not yet...

In already considered implementing it, but it is non-trivial (it involves asynchronous communication with the server, among other things).

Automate the 'Touch' action in Cool VL Viewer?

Hi! I searched the documentation but didn't find much information about it. Is there a way to automate the avatar touching an object (like the 'touch' action) programmatically, such as using Lua or some other method in Cool VL Viewer?

Searching the forum for "Lua touch" before asking would have been a good idea. Question merged with existing topic and the corresponding reply.
