Teleport blocking?

I'm having a durr today through a migraine... I could have sworn there was a way to block teleports in Cool (mesh, latest version), but I'm not finding it - is it there? If so, where?

If not, I'd like to offer that as a feature request. I had a few mass tp requests last night, which is what sent me looking today.

(Phoenix has one that's an all-or-nothing block, either you get them all or you don't get any tp requests.)

There is no "Mute" button on TP offer dialogs, mainly because it's rather hard for a griefer to spam you with these. But I guess some hacked viewer or a bot could be used to spam you with TP offers nevertheless.

There are two ways you can already use to work around such spam:
  • Mute the avatar manually (View -> Mute List, then "Mute Resident" and fill in their name in the avatar picker).
  • Have RestrainedLove enabled and wear an object with that script in it:
    Code:
    default {
        attach(key id) {
            if (id == NULL_KEY) {
                llOwnerSay("@clear");
            } else {
                llOwnerSay("@tplure=n");
            }
        }
    }

I will consider adding a "Mute" button to TP offers...

This is not a *griefing* issue per se.

I neither want nor need to mute the -avatar- sending the teleports - they're people on my friends list; if I was going to mute them, I'd defriend them instead and that would solve the problem.

It's just, when I'm building or scripting or otherwise busy, I don't want to be interrupted by mass-tp's from well-meaning people who happen to be DJ'ing or otherwise working an event. (I have quite a few people who work at clubs/events in my friends....)

(And I don't EVER use RLV - not my bag, as the saying goes - so that particular script won't be useful for me, though it'll probably be useful for others.)

Then all you need to do is to set yourself Busy and all TP requests will be declined with a message telling your friend you are busy for now: "World" -> "Set Busy"
