Cannot activate Advanced menu using Ctl + Alt +D

 Am using Pinguy OS Linux (based on Ubuntu 12.04) and cant use Ctrl + Alt + D as it like open and close window. Had tried to change shortcut keys on Pinguy OS but doesnt help. Wish there was a tick box in preferences to activate Advanced menu.
Also I found there no phantom from World menu that turned on to stop people to pushed you or bumped to you. Phoenix viewer did have that feature. Any suggestions? Regards eaglewealth |

1.- "View" -> "Advanced Menu"
2.- The Cool VL Viewer is not Phoenix and a simple search for "Phantom" in this forum would have given you the answer. |
