Cool VL Viewer forum

i have had no issue previous to the cool viewer, but since i have loaded the cool viewer i am not able to hear my media playing (movies). i have the music, sound, voice, ambient, ui, and have checked over the settings numerous times, is there someone who might be able to assist me with this issue and if its related to the cool viewer? thank you Aries

Without info about your system (OS, drivers, etc) and without logs, it's impossible to tell what's going wrong on it...

right got ya...its just a bit perplexing b/c i can go into the sl viewer and everything is working....i will keep working on it thanks for the post

Glad I came here. I actually have the same problem and it occurred this week. I've always had perfect sound features, and I didn't change anything in preferences or mute lists within this week, so it can't be me. Henry, what information do you need to solve this?

Nvm. Doing a clean install of the newest version of Cool enabled media sounds. But, on the new version I cant TP, I immidiatly crash.

E: since I can't find the old version I had which was lacking media sounds, I had to hop on to another viewer. I'd love to go back to Cool tho, imho best viewer there is.
