Ive looked everyplace and cant seem to find the setting to have the the positioning arrows centered on the root prim of a link set rather then the center of a link set when in build edit mode.

Thanks :)

Can one be added? All other viewers have that option in build prefrences to change the default position of the build arrows top either the root prim or center of link set

"All other viewers" is a plain lie (e.g. LL's official viewer, but not only)... Please, verify the facts before making such assertions... It always annoys me to no end when I must loose some precious time verifying such an assertion and finally find out it is a plain lie. The first TPV that apparently implemented this feature was the Ascent viewer.

This feature will be part of the next Cool VL Viewer releases. Note however that, by lack of available room in the already over-crowded Build floater, I had to move the "Limit Drag Distance" toggle away from it and into the "Tools" menu to make room for the new "Use Root For Pivot" toggle...

Well my bad, I never considered LL viewer a quote viewer :) FS has it and Singularity has it, Kokua had it not sure if it still does and the INWORLDZ viewer has it..

And you are right thats not ALL viewers.. but a chunk of them...
