Like in any viewer; the friends list loads asynchronously and, depending on the lag and the quality of the link between your computer and SL's servers, it can take (depending on the friends list size and proportionally to it) up to a few minutes for it to load fully during peak time concurrency hours. This is nothing that can be solved viewer side, and v1.26.4.77 didn't change *anything* to the friends list management/loading when compared to months-old releases (and since nothing changed either server-side, there's definitely no reason why today's release would work worst or better in this respect than months-old ones).
There's nothing wrong at all in the log.
If the friends list fails to load for more than 10+ minutes, then you might want to check for your network configuration: lost UDP packets are the most common symptom, and this problem becomes critical with bad routers (that drop packets like crazy when they can't deal with enough network circuits or bandwidth), or badly configured network (too large a MTU being the first but not only cause).
Ohhh thx i just wanted to make sure there was no change in the code, i just restarted the pc and it works fine now, have no idea why the connection was not working with that because the rest were fine. I have no router... i`m using fiber with pppoe and the mtu was ok. It remains a mystery.
I think i figured out what is going on because the problem persisted. It only happens when u log in to certain sim versions and works fine when u log in to others. For example it works when i login to Second Life Server 13.06.07.277164 and fails when i log in to Second Life RC Magnum 13.06.18.277494.

My home region is on a RC Magnum channel and I don't see this bug. It's most likely a buggy router somewhere between your ISP's backbone and LL's servers.
Yes that may be the case but i tend to think its just a bug that appears in rare conditions on some servers. The thing is i managed to test it and reproduce it so now until they update the server i will login in some other stable sim.
