the floater for movement is positioned correctly, but the floater for camera movement is almost off screen to the right...I cannot drag it back into the center because there is no way to select it and drag- it only senses the camera pivot action.....

The camera controls floater does not have a title bar (it's done on purpose, to save space on the screen) but, like any floater, its whole background (outside the buttons or other touch-sensitive UI elements) can be used to drag it. Simply left-click on the extreme bottom or top left side of the floater (to avoid clicking on the camera controls themselves), keep the mouse button pressed and drag left to bring back the floater fully inside the viewer window.
The same thing applies for the avatar movements controls floater.

You may also reset the floater to the default position: from the login screen, press CTRL ALT S to bring up the debug settings floater, then type "FloaterCam" and when the corresponding rectangle setting (FloaterCameraRect3a) appears, simply press the "Reset to default" button, then log in. The floater will appear on the upper right corner again, fully inside the viewer window.
