Somewhere between v1.26.20.7 (under which it worked) and v1.26.20.10 (under which it fails) something seems to have broken the standard LL animation "clap", at least on Mac. I am running this:

Code:
Cool VL Viewer v1.26.20.10, 32 bits, Feb 27 2017 19:16:39
RestrainedLove viewer v2.09.21.21

I have attached my log file, but the error seems to be:

Code:
2017-03-15T22:14:34Z WARNING: LLKeyframeMotion::deserialize: Bad number of constraints: 11

This animation does work in the current LL viewer 5.0.3.

Not a bug, but the expected behaviour: the animation is faulty as it includes too large a number of constraints.

Other viewers (and old Cool VL Viewer releases) ignore all the constraints altogether when such an anim is encountered, but I found out it could cause crashes (especially when it's an anim designed to be played on rigged meshes), so I changed the code to refuse playing such bogus anims instead... This was documented in the corresponding release notes.

Ah, I see. Fair enough, I guess I have to go looking for a new animation. I think I have the .bvh file for the anim, so I might try uploading it myself to see if that fixes anything.

Fixed it! I loaded the .bvh file for the animation into QAvimator, and then exported it to another file name. Then I uploaded the animation to SL in the usual way, and it worked fine. QAvimator can apparently digest the bad .bvh file, and export it in a cleaned up format that works with Cool VL Viewer.
