Is disabling the display name change notification possible?

Whenever someone around me changes their display name, I get a notification saying "blahblahblah is now known as blehblehbleh". Honestly, most of the time, I couldn't care less… Especially since the range for this notification seems to be huge: when I'm in my skybox with no-one closer than 1 km, I still get these notifications. I looked for a way to disable it but I didn't find anything. Is there one? Thanks!

But they are just notify tips (i.e. nothing invasive, really, plus they happen pretty rarely) and you still can click on the notify tip icon to close it before it times out by itself.
