This is a bit short a description of your issue to diagnose it...
Did you at least wear an outfit folder ?...
Open the Inventory, browse to the folder containing the full outfit (shape+skin+legacy hair+eyes+whatever you want to add), right click on the folder name and choose "Replace outfit". That's it. Next time you will login, the last worn outfit will be automatically restored.
Note that for the Cool VL Viewer, outfits are any inventory folder *you* defined or filled up to serve as an outfit (i.e. you are in no way restricted to v2+ viewers "My Outfits" sub-folders). So, you can create any folder anywhere, place the items composing your outfit in it, then choose "Replace outfit" or "Add to outfit" from the context menu for that folder...
If you want to compose your outfit "live" and create a new outfit folder from what your avatar is wearing:
- Wear the items you wish from the inventory; right click any wearable item and "Wear" it (replaces the wearables of the same type) or "Add" it (adds it without replacing any worn item).
- Attach the objects you wish from the inventory; right click any object you want to attach and "Wear" it (replaces the attachments on the corresponding joint), or "Add" it (adds it to its default attachment joint), or "Attach to >" (to choose on which joint to attach it).
- From the inventory floater menu, choose "Create" -> "Make new outfit".
- A menu will appear, that will allow you to select what to include in your outfit, among the items your avatar is already wearing. For a full outfit/avatar, do not forget to check the boxes for all the body parts. I recommend checking "Make links for all items" too (saves you from verifying/caring about the items permissions and seeing no-copy items moved around in your inventory). Give your new outfit a name in the input line, and click "Save".
- By default, your new outfit folder will be created in the "Clothing" folder of your inventory: if you want to store your outfits elsewhere, right click on the folder of your choice for your outfits, and in the context menu that appears, select "Use as default for >" and "New outfits": the next time you will create a new outfit with the "Make new outfit" floater, the folder will go there...
