Hi Henri, Thanks for Cool VL Viewer - I've been using it for years and much prefer it to any other. Anyway... I've noticed the past couple of days I simply can't change active group (even to 'none'). I had kind of hoped this weeks rolling restarts might fix the issue, but no. I've cleared cache. I've even emptied temp files and rebooted my PC I had to resort to using Firestorm - and it worked okay there. Thanks again. |

I am seeing no problem whatsoever, here, with groups... I can change them (and the group titles) and they change fast and just as usual. Likely an issue with a corrupted file on your system. Try clearing the group cache "Advanced" -> "Cache" -> "Clear group cache". Alternatively, this could be a RestrainedLove restriction issue (check with "Advanced" -> "RestrainedLove" -> "Restrictions and commands log"). In any case, nothing changed whatsoever on either of the viewer or server sides about groups in the past weeks... |

Hi Henri, Just popped in to say I finally figured it out..... it was my collar.... Didn't occur to me why it might have been okay in Firestorm... possibly RLV was off there. So sorry for wasting your time. How the collar got like that I have no idea. I turned off RLV & restarted and took it off and everything was back to normal. This has been driving me nuts for several days now. |
