Cool VL Viewer forum

is there anyway to move Cef cache path?like move it to the actual viewer cache folder?
I'm using onedrive to have chat logs synced between my pc and laptop and the cef_cache folder is making conflicts everytime I switch between pc and laptop

I tried excluding everything to exclude it from the sync but seems it don't work properly or not meant to be used like I'm using it

Nope sorry... There is:

• One generic CEF cache used for login screens (since you are not yet identified at this point) that lives in the ~/.secondlife/ (Linux) or %AppData%\SecondLife\ (Windows) directory.
• One CEF cache per avatar (grid/login pairs), in a subdirectory (the settings per account one) of the former SecondLife directory, so that each one can use its own Cookies, DOM storage & Co.

I understand, was just asking because Firestorm have Cef cache inside of the viewer assets cache.
